As a Finale to the 25th year of St. Andrew's Bay Quilters' Guild, a challenge was issued by Program Chairman, Beverly Pierzchala. Members were requested to create a wall hanging using a particular Hoffman Fabric so that it could be recognized. Size Limits were no smaller than 60" nor larger than a perimeter of 120". These quilts are a testament to the skill, artistry and talent which abounds in our guild. Brenda Daniels and Mary Ola Miller were judges for the event. All the entries were hung from the ceiling in the Parish Hall of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church and greatly admired by those who attended the Saturday meeting. The meeting was followed by a pot-luck luncheon which brought together members from both the morning and evening segments of the Guild for the first time. It was so successful, we'll do it again next May.
